Fiori Named To Short List For DesignSense 2000 Sustainable Product Design Award

PORTLAND, Ore.

November 2000

Fiori has been named to the short list of candidates for the 2000 DesignSense Award for sustainable design sponsored by the Design Museum of London. The award is for products and structures that feature eco-friendly design as a core value. The short list consists of six structures and six products. Fiori's entry, the IdaTech 3kW Residential Fuel Cell is one of only two products selected from North America. "We are surprised and delighted to be selected for the final judging. It's nice to be included on the list with other companies like IBM and BMW," says Steve Rodden, Principal of Fiori.

The winner and finalists will be featured in the annual DesignSense book published by the Design Museum of London.
