Fiori Begins New Relationship with Bioject

PORTLAND, Ore.

November 1, 2003

Fiori, a consumer research and design firm, announces a new relationship with Bioject, the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of needle-free injection systems. Fiori will work with Bioject’s marketing and product development teams, applying contextual research to study the end users of Bioject’s revolutionary injection systems.

Contextual Research

Fiori’s approach to consumer research is called contextual research. Contextual research is in-depth research examining people, practices and products in real world situations. It takes consumer research out focus groups and labs and into the places where people live, work, play and shop. It’s an approach rooted in anthropology, psychology and sociology and it provides a foundation for the development of products, services and messaging that connect with people.
