Awarded for excellence in work space design

Fiori’s downtown Portland studio space was honored with the Citation Award, the competition’s highest honor, in the Commercial Office Space Design category at the 13th annual IIDA - AIA – IDSA International Interior Design Competition. Chris Valentine, our own director of Industrial Design, collaborated with WGS design to create a space that reflected both its present and historical occupants. Noted in the awards ceremony were the use of “barn doors” as a historical architectural reference, the reception desk as showcase, and Fiori’s foresight in style and design.
